「亀泉」銘柄為SAKETIME日本酒評價網中的「高知縣」當縣第一位。「CEL-24 土佐うらら」是「亀泉 CEL-24」的另一版本，這版本用了當地產的新品種酒米「土佐うらら (土佐麗)」來釀造，相比原版有著葡萄及菠蘿般豐沛果香的「CEL-24」，「CEL-24 土佐うらら」有著蜜瓜和白葡萄香氣，清爽易入喉，「CEL-24」的系列一開瓶便能感受到的果香，酒造在釀酒時採用了高知酵母 CEL-24，其獨特的攝人香氣令人一試難忘，深受女性及初人門的酒迷歡迎。

「亀泉酒造」位於四國地區高知縣的土佐市，於 1897 年成立，當時以「麓酒店」的名稱創立，銘柄名為「亀泉」。於二戰時區內六間酒造被統合成一間酒造企業，當時「亀泉酒造」前身就位於現址的「高岡製造場」，及後從當時易名為「玉杯酒造」的「亀高陵酒造」中獨立出來設立為現時的「亀泉酒造」。「亀泉酒造」積極採用高知縣內開發的酒米「風吟子」、「吟之夢」以及酵母「CEL-19」、「CEL-24」等等，為高知縣內僅有 18 間酒藏中的人氣酒藏。
